When serving Peanut Butter to the children you will probably find that most childen will not eat enough of the peanut butter to qualify as "one meat serving" you will need to provide another type of meat or meat alternate with the peanut butter such as a slice of cheese or a small container of yogurt.
All Juices Need To Be 100% Juice.
Read the labels. Make sure the juice your serving the children is 100% juice.
When serving the children frozen pizza bought from the store you need to add more cheese to it.
When serving cinnamon rolls, oatmeal cookies, banana muffins, etc. they all need to be home made and not purchased from the store.
